Job Role Requirements:
  • We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team.
  • Based in Bridgend, you will support daily office operations and assist our heating services team.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in an office/admin role (heating or trades industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of current industry standards.

Your duties on site will include, but not be limited to:
  • Handling incoming calls and booking boiler services, repairs, and installations.
  • Coordinating engineer schedules and daily job allocations.
  • Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and service reports.
  • Managing customer enquiries and providing updates on jobs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of boiler services and compliance documents.
  • Ensuring all surveys comply with The Boiler Company Safety standards.

  • Have previous experience of working as an Gas Engineer.
  • CSCS Card (preferred): Hardworking and able to work on your own initiative and or part of a team
  • Must have a Driving license
Experience:
